Teach kids drag-and-drop coding in a fun and interactive way. We add a real-world component to the process so they can make interactive games using Arduino. We’ll build a high-five machine to expose them to if statements and push buttons. Students will learn the basics of electronics and have fun.

This will expose kids to different techniques and ideas for making games. Games in the future may not just be digital. They might have a real touch-and-feel aspect, and this will allow them to build that.

Educational

• Students should be able to use and understand the if-block at the end of this.

• Student should be able to know what a servo is and a push button and how to use them in code and in building their games

Entertainment

This class is highly interactive and will challenge the students to build stuff and learn on their own. I will only give a short lecture and then let them lose on building the game. They will be free to create and explore and create their own thing.
